1. Do you like the city where you live?

I live in Kiev and I really like my city. Kiev is the capital of Ukraine. So, it is the biggest city in the country. I love it because there are a lot of parks, monuments, shops and entertainment centres. I live not far from the river Dniper. It’s nice and beautiful. I have lots of friends and relatives here too.

My favourite day of the week is Sunday. It is because I don’t do any homework on this day. I and my family usually go for a walk together in Kiev and then we eat something special in a cafe or restaurant.

Last weekend I and my family visited our grandmother. She lives in the countryside not far from Kiev. I helped her in the garden. I like to water different plants and flowers. We also had a BBQ, which was very nice and tasty.
