The FAQ section addresses many common questions related to the courses and study process. However, if you require additional information or personal clarification, you are welcome to contact us directly.
What is the cost of lessons?
Lesson fees begin from €30 per hour (60 minutes), depending on the selected training plan and learning objectives. Please see the Fees and Plans section for detailed information.
Is there a trial lesson?
Yes. An introductory consultation and assessment session is available for new students. The first meeting is designed to discuss your goals, evaluate your current level of English, and determine whether the programme corresponds to your needs, expectations, and learning style. If you decide not to continue after the introductory session, the meeting remains free of charge. If both sides agree to proceed with the study process, the session is included in the first payment instalment, which normally consists of a block of eight lessons.
Do you offer lessons at the client’s location?
In-person lessons may be available in Graz for Premium Plan clients, depending on scheduling and location. Most courses, however, are conducted online through video communication platforms.
Which international examinations do you prepare students for?
Preparation may be provided for examinations such as:
- IELTS;
- CELPIP;
- Duolingo English Test;
- Cambridge examinations (PET, FCE, CAE).
What level of English is required to begin?
For Business English and professionally oriented communication training, a minimum Elementary or Pre-Intermediate level is generally recommended. However, beginner-level instruction may also be available depending on the learner’s goals and course format.
What are the main learning requirements?
Successful long-term progress generally depends on:
- regular lesson attendance;
- timely lesson payment;
- consistent participation in learning tasks;
- completion of assignments and assessments;
- sustained engagement with the learning process.
Additional details are provided in the Terms of Study section.
How do I begin?
Please review the course structure, lesson conditions, and pricing information. If the format appears suitable for your goals, contact the teacher directly to arrange an introductory meeting and placement assessment. Further information is available in the How to Start Learning section.
Do I need to purchase textbooks?
Students may use coursebooks if this format is more convenient or preferable for their learning process. In such cases, the books are normally purchased separately by the student and are not included in the lesson fee. At the same time, all essential learning materials, exercises, assignments, and supplementary resources are provided through the Moodle learning platform as part of the course.
Can you check my English documents (CV, email, report, presentation, etc.)?
Yes. Written work connected to the learning programme is reviewed as part of the course. This may include CVs, emails, reports, presentations, and other professional or academic materials. Please note, English4real™ does not provide translation services and operates exclusively within the field of education and language training.
