While the main aspects of the learning process are discussed during the initial diagnostic conversation, the following conditions define the structure and organisation of the work.

1. Admission and level placement. Enrolment into the programme (B1 to C1 levels) is based on the results of an initial assessment and diagnostic conversation. This ensures accurate placement and alignment between the learner’s goals and the structure of the programme.

2. Attendance and continuity. Regular participation and completion of assigned work are expected as part of the learning process. If a session cannot be attended, notice should be given at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with shorter notice are charged, as they form part of a reserved schedule. Rescheduling is possible when discussed in advance. If more than 30% of scheduled sessions are cancelled within a given period, the fixed schedule may be adjusted to a more flexible format.

3. Payment structure. Sessions are оплачиваются in advance in blocks of 8. After each block, the learner receives a brief report outlining completed work and progress, followed by payment for the next set of sessions. All administrative communication is conducted via email. The agreed rate is fixed for one calendar year, with adjustments considered only in exceptional circumstances.

4. Time boundaries. Sessions begin and end at the agreed time. Late arrival does not extend the session, as consistency and structure are essential to the process.

5. Refund policy. Payments are non-refundable, except in cases where sessions cannot be delivered by the instructor.

6. Language of communication. English is the primary language of communication during sessions and in related work. Where necessary, limited clarification may be provided in another language to support understanding.

7. Learning materials. Core materials are based on The Business 2.0 and New Language Leader, supplemented and adapted as required. Access to materials, assignments, and feedback is provided through the Moodle learning platform. In some cases, learners may be required to obtain specific course materials independently.

8. Responsibility for progress. The process is structured and supported; however, responsibility for engagement, preparation, and completion of tasks remains with the learner. Consistent participation is essential for meaningful development.

9. Record-keeping and access. Completed tasks, feedback, and progress records are maintained within the learning system and remain accessible to the learner throughout the course.

10. Instructor responsibility. If the tutor cancels a lesson less than 24 hours in advance, or is unable to attend the scheduled lesson without notice, the student is entitled to financial compensation. Such compensation is provided in an amount equal to the standard lesson fee and is credited toward future lessons.
