The Business English programme at English4real is designed for adult learners seeking to develop confident and effective communication in professional contexts. Drawing on the communicative and task-based framework of The Business 2.0, the programme integrates speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary development, case analysis, and problem-solving tasks within a structured communicative environment.

The course is organised into thematic modules covering key areas of modern professional communication. Each unit combines six core components: business concepts and authentic reading materials, vocabulary and functional language development, contextualised grammar practice, speaking and interaction tasks, professional writing, and collaborative case studies based on realistic workplace scenarios. Students engage with meetings, presentations, negotiations, interviews, correspondence, decision-making tasks, and discussion of contemporary business and social issues.

Additional resources include audio and video materials, PowerPoint presentations, pronunciation and listening activities, progress tests, review units, and guided portfolio tasks. The programme also incorporates structured feedback, reflective learning, and ongoing communicative assessment.

The course focuses not only on linguistic accuracy, but also on clarity of thought, communicative precision, interpersonal effectiveness, and the ability to express professional expertise appropriately and persuasively. Learning develops through a portfolio-based and dialogue-driven process centred on purposeful conversation and psychologically informed communication practice. This approach supports steady and meaningful development for professionals, university students, and job seekers preparing for academic and workplace communication in international environments.

The General English programme is designed to develop confident and effective communication for study, work, and general international environments. Based on the communicative and academically oriented framework of New Language Leader, the programme integrates communication skills, critical thinking, and study skills within a structured and reflective learning process.

The course is organised across three proficiency levels (B1, B2 and C1) and thematic modules combining vocabulary development, grammar, pronunciation, reading, listening, speaking, and structured writing practice. Students engage with authentic and semi-authentic materials through discussions, presentations, collaborative tasks, role plays, and scenario-based communication activities connected to professional, academic, and contemporary social topics.

Particular emphasis is placed on communicative fluency, analytical thinking, academic discussion, and the development of structured written communication, including essays, reports, formal correspondence, and presentation skills. Additional resources may include audio and video materials, interactive online activities, PowerPoint presentations, pronunciation practice, progress assessments, and guided portfolio tasks supported by regular feedback.

The programme also incorporates study skills development, including note-taking, lecture comprehension, independent learning strategies, and critical evaluation of information and arguments. Learning develops through a portfolio-based, module-structured, and dialogue-driven process designed to support steady and meaningful progress in a foreign language.

This approach aligns especially well with professionals, university students, job seekers, and adult learners preparing for academic and workplace communication in international and multilingual contexts.

IELTS Preparation Programme

The IELTS preparation programme is designed for learners preparing for academic, professional, or immigration-related examination requirements. The course focuses not primarily on “learning English per-say”, but rather on helping students organise, activate, and effectively demonstrate the language knowledge and communicative skills they already possess.

In many respects, IELTS functions as a structured communicative system with its own formats, expectations, timing strategies, and assessment criteria. Understanding how the examination works significantly increases the probability of achieving the highest possible result for one’s actual level of English.

The programme is usually intensive and short-term, commonly lasting several months depending on the learner’s starting point, target score, and available preparation time. Training is based extensively on authentic IELTS materials, former examination tasks, and systematic analysis of performance. Students work closely with real examination formats in order to identify strengths, recurring errors, ineffective strategies, and areas requiring improvement.

Particular attention is given to all four components of the examination:
- Listening: prediction strategies, concentration, spelling accuracy, grammatical awareness, and task interpretation;
- Reading: time management, keyword analysis, question types, and effective approaches to academic texts;
- Writing: argument structure, paraphrasing, coherence, vocabulary range, grammatical flexibility, and interpretation of visual data;
- Speaking: fluency, authenticity, pronunciation, communicative confidence, natural interaction, and development of clear and persuasive responses.

The preparation process is dialogue-driven, reflective, and feedback-oriented, helping learners develop both examination competence and greater communicative confidence under time pressure.
