Your Expertise Deserves Confident English
You may have spent years building your career. You solve complex problems, lead projects, work with people, make important decisions, and take responsibility for results.
Yet when communicating in English, your expertise may not always come across as clearly as it should. You understand English well, but meetings, negotiations, presentations, and interviews can still feel challenging. Finding the right words takes time. You rehearse what you want to say. And you sometimes feel that your English does not fully reflect your knowledge, experience, and professional competence.
My role is to help close that gap, so that your English communicates the same level of confidence and expertise that you demonstrate in your professional life.
Who is it for?
This approach may be particularly valuable if you:
✓ regularly participate in meetings, discussions, or conference calls in English;
✓ collaborate with international colleagues, clients, or business partners;
✓ are preparing for a new position, a job interview, or an important career move;
✓ want to communicate with greater confidence, deliver effective presentations, explain complex ideas, and express your views more persuasively;
✓ write professional emails, reports, or other business correspondence in English;
✓ want your English to reflect the same level of expertise and professionalism that you demonstrate in your work.
What will change?
| Current Challenges | Expected Progress |
|---|---|
| You find it difficult to express your ideas as precisely in English as you do in your native language. | You communicate your ideas more clearly, confidently, and effectively. |
| You carefully prepare and rehearse what you want to say before meetings or calls. | You speak more naturally and confidently, even in unexpected situations. |
| Your English does not always reflect the true level of your professional expertise. | Your knowledge, experience, and expertise become more visible and persuasive. |
| You prefer to listen, even when you have valuable ideas to contribute. | You take a more active role in discussions and professional conversations. |
| Important meetings, interviews, or presentations create additional stress. | You feel more confident in situations where English truly matters. |
| There is a gap between what you know and what you can express in English. | Your English begins to reflect your real professional level. |
What Makes This Approach Different?
Many language courses focus primarily on grammar, vocabulary, and exercises. While these elements are important, they do not always lead to confident and effective communication in real professional situations.
This approach is built around three core principles. Together, they help transform English from a subject to be studied into a practical tool for professional communication.
Meaningful Communication
Learning takes place through meaningful conversation, discussion of ideas, and work on real communication challenges rather than through mechanical exercises or memorized phrases.
Structured Development
The learning process is organized into modules and supported by a portfolio system and regular feedback. This helps you track your progress, understand the direction of the program, and see tangible results over time.
Confidence Through Competence
Many professionals possess valuable knowledge and experience that are not always fully reflected in their English communication. The goal is to develop calm, confident, and persuasive communication in professional settings. This confidence is built not through memorized phrases, but through the gradual ability to express your ideas, expertise, and professional perspective clearly, concisely, and effectively.
About me
My name is Maksym Achkasov. I am a Business English teacher. For many years, I have helped professionals use English more effectively for work, study, international collaboration, and business.
My teaching is built on a simple idea: English should help people communicate their knowledge, experience, and professional expertise, not limit them.
I am a graduate of the University of Manchester (UK), a certified TESOL teacher, and the founder of the English4real™ educational project.
First Meeting
Our first meeting takes the form of a free 20-minute online converstation (via Google Meet, Zoom, or a similar platform).
During the meeting, we will get acquainted, discuss your goals, professional communication needs, and previous experience with English. I will also carry out an initial assessment of your current level and answer any questions you may have.
You will learn how the learning process is organized, what lessons typically look like, which materials are used, and how progress is monitored over time.
I will also explain the key principles behind the approach, discuss the specific challenges faced by adult professionals, and outline how this format differs from traditional language courses.
By the end of the meeting, you will have a clear understanding of whether this approach is the right fit for your goals and expectations.
